THE
COACH MO EXPERIENCE

Every program at Coach Mo Fitness is delivered by a coach who truly cares and puts great emphasis on authentically connecting with clients, establishing a relationship of trust and understanding to not only coach, but teach, guide, and support.

Through strong emotional intelligence and care, the Coach Mo Experience thrives on not just coach-to-client connection, but person-to-person.

WEEKLY BREAKDOWN

Week “Zero”:

 

1. Clients will fill out a brief consultation form to track starting points, answer questions about their history with fitness/exercise, and share a bit about their intentions & the goals they’d like to achieve.

 

2. Clients get set up with their training app which will be used for all their workouts and nutrition. 

 

3. Clients get access the the online client portal (a library of tools I’ve created with videos, info, resources, etc. that help with the program).

 

4. Clients have a Week “Zero” Kick-Off Call Part 1 (over Zoom) with Coach Morrissey to talk through the consultation form and receive all the info needed to start the next week! The main program also includes fitness lessons/workshops (“Brains & Gains”) where we discuss elements of fitness, the science behind nutrition, training theory, and more (again, with the goal of TEACHING not just telling). On this call, Coach Morrissey breaks down nutrition - calories, macros, how to calculate target numbers to support the workouts/exercise portion of the program. Clients will learn the "why" behind the numbers.

 

Week 1:

 

5. Clients will receive their nutrition plan and workout plan (all based on what we discussed in the Kick-Off Call Part 1) that is totally custom to them.

 

6. Clients have their “Kick-Off Call Part 2” to discuss their nutrition and training plan. They will also also have another fitness lesson around training theory.

 

7. Clients begin the program and have 7-day/week texting access to Coach Morrissey through the training app.

 

Following Weeks:

 

8. Clients will have an informal check-in on even-number weeks, consisting of a quick check-in form to provide some general feedback.

 

9. Clients will have a Formal Check-In Zoom call on odd-number weeks. During these calls, there will be a full assessment of progress, nutrition, and training to see what adjustments need to be made, discuss questions/needs, and set some mini-goals to work toward over the next 2 weeks.
